sit back and wait through the daylight



Day 6 - 5 things you do to cope with life.

1. Counting
My counsellor advised me to count up to ten whenever i'm angry or sad. It works perfectly.

2. Tearing papers
I don't know either. It works well on me.

3. Crying

4. Sleeping

5. Tuning off
I'll plug in my headphones, read a book, watch a movie. Anything to switch my mind to something else.
